What we collect

If you submit the quote form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, project city, project type, timeline, budget range, description and any photographs you choose to attach. If you call or email us we keep that correspondence.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Why we collect it

Solely to price and deliver the work you asked us about, and to keep records required for warranty, permitting and tax purposes. Photographs you send are used to prepare your quote and, if the job proceeds, to plan the installation.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you requested a quote.
We do not publish photographs of your property or vehicles without your written permission.

Who else sees it

Our form submissions are processed by our form provider and our email host. Where a project requires a permit, the relevant information is shared with that jurisdiction, and where a landlord approval is required, with that property's management. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become projects are retained for two years. Project records are retained for the length of the warranty period plus any period required by Washington State tax and contracting rules.

Your choices

Email hello@blackriversigns.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to retain it. We respond within thirty days.
