Dark or flickering letters
Failed LED modules, dead power supplies, water in a can, or a photocell that never turns the sign on. Common failures are stocked on the truck.
Sign repair & service
A sign that has stopped working is costing you every evening it stays dark. We service signage across the Seattle metro — including signs we did not build, and signs whose original shop is long gone.
What we fix
Failed LED modules, dead power supplies, water in a can, or a photocell that never turns the sign on. Common failures are stocked on the truck.
Fluorescent and neon cabinets converted to LED. Cuts power draw sharply and ends the annual lamp replacement, usually without a new permit.
Cracked faces, wind-loosened cabinets, delivery trucks meeting monument signs. We make it safe first, then quote the repair.
Reprinted or repainted faces on your existing cabinet. Far cheaper than replacement, and a chance to update the branding.
New tenant in a multi-tenant monument or directory. We match the existing panel system so the sign stays consistent.
Cleaning, lamp checks and inspections across a property portfolio, so failures get caught on a schedule instead of by a complaint.
How service calls run
We do not quote a repair sight-unseen. Diagnosis is a flat trip charge, credited against the repair if you go ahead with us.
A photo of the sign at night tells us more than a description. We can often name the likely failure before rolling a truck.
We come out, test the circuit and the supplies, and tell you what failed and why — including if the honest answer is that the cabinet is finished.
A written number before work starts. Common failures are often resolved on the first visit from stock on the truck.
Parts we do not carry are ordered with a date attached. You get the date, not a vague promise to follow up.
Call and describe what you are seeing. Most diagnoses start on the phone, and we schedule assessments within one business day.
