How long does a sign take?
Two to four weeks in fabrication after design approval for most exterior work, plus permit review — typically two to six weeks depending on the city. Vehicle wraps run one to two weeks. If you have a hard opening date, tell us on the first call and we will work backwards from it.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes, in-house, including landlord sign-criteria packages and stamped structural drawings where a jurisdiction requires them. See our Renton permit guide for what the process involves.
What does a vehicle wrap cost?
Full wraps on a standard cargo van start around $3,400; partial wraps cost meaningfully less. Vehicle size, coverage and design complexity set the final number — our wrap pricing guide breaks down starting prices by vehicle type.
Do you repair signs built by other companies?
Regularly. Dark letters, failed power supplies, storm damage and repaints — we do not need to have built it. See sign repair & service.
Can you handle multiple sites or a whole portfolio?

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Licensed and bonded in Washington State, with general liability, commercial auto and workers' compensation coverage. We return a certificate of insurance with an additional-insured endorsement, a W-9 and references on request — usually the same week.
